Our Story

We’re a married craft beer-loving couple who have developed a long and everlasting love of beer. Starting with the craft beer movement in the U.S. in the early nineties, cultivated while we lived in Germany and cemented when we moved to Portland, Oregon in 2010. Once there, we became a part of the craft beer community as fans. Then we learned to brew beer and after a decade of home brewing, decided to start our own tiny batch, hyper-local farmhouse brewery just outside of Spokane Washington.

We’re blessed to have some of the world’s best beer ingredients grown in the Pacific Northwest. We use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible and 100% of our base grains are grown in the Inland Empire and malted just a few miles from us by LINC Malt in Spokane Valley. Our water is from our own well. Our intent is to craft top-quality rustic ales and lagers that convey a sense of the extraordinary place in which we live.
